Spalted Beech Side Bowl

Incredibly eye-catching side bowl in crazy-grained spalted beech. Zig zags of jet black cut through yellowy brown and pinky red patterns.

A real presence on the table or the mantle piece, this bowl lends itself to functional foodie habits. Or would hold its own as confident home decor.

NB: woodworms had beaten me to the timber. This does not undermine its functionality. It is part of nature that I choose to work with when it happens. Please see photos.
