Olive Ash Fruit Bowl

A salvage from an ash tree felled due to the spread of ash dieback, this bowl does justice to the life of a noble tree. Beautiful olive-ash grains on one side are complemented by creamy white on the other.

A little patch of spalting simply adds to the aesthetic. Honour the life of a trees whose life was curtailed by turning its flesh into something beautiful.
