Horse Chestnut Platter

A stylish and eye-catching centerpiece for any tablescape. This horse chestnut platter is both flamboyant and functional. The tree grew in Rye, East Sussex, and was milled locally before ending up in my workshop. Touches of spalting and a charming couple of knots add a truly organic aesthetic to this piece. This platter will form a real talking point at any dinner party.
