Ash Charcuterie Plate

A wide and shallow dish in beautifully grained ash. An olive green streak runs along the centre, separating chocolate brown heartwood from creamy yellow sapwood. The tree, which grew near Danbury Common in Essex, was felled due to the threat of ash dieback. This dish offers the tree a second life as an object. Ideal for charcuterie spreads.
